It s exactly what i think, not in thé life style cuz WE know today that Freddy Mercury Aka Farroukh Bulsarq use and abusé cocaïne, i trad an article, not certified but this article sqid that an estimation have ben made an Freddy offert 1,2 million euros, don't forget that AT this time, thé livre sterling liké thé franc in France, haven't the same level than thé euros today, Freddy had 5 serions relationship and, only thé man who spend the end of Freddy 's life, all thé man who leave with him beat him, Matt and Freddy are completly différent but they together have this thing who made of them, some génius, charismatic personalities on scene, talented, but Matt had thé chance to growing on thé road, thé music all around him cuz his father was in a band who know a success and Matt started piano AT 5 years and exactly like my parents spoken 4 languages since i was born, children are sponges, i know i made so many faults cuz i married me with a czech woman and i don't offen practice english and i Lost the level i had when i was young. But two GREAT GREAT GREAT talented artists.

Ghosts (How Can I Move On) Lyrics [Verse 1] Now and then My mind drifts to a place where I find you Lost in my head There are unsolved feelings that haunt me It's too late to heal I'll lay them to rest [Chorus 1] How can I move on When everyone I see still talks about you How can I move on When all the best things I have we made together Here's to letting go But I am lost in a void with your ghost and our memories Lest we forget The great reset [Verse 2] If I could bring you back There are truths and confessions I'd tell you I'd set things straight And I believe that you would love and forgive me I know it's too late I need to let go [Chorus 2] How can I move on When everyone I see still talks about you How can I move on When all the best things I have we built together Here's to letting go But I am trapped in a void with your ghost and our memories Lest we forget The great reset [Bridge] How can I sleep with this coldness beside me How can I sleep with this coldness inside me I know I can't bring back your love [Chorus] How can I move on When everyone I see still talks about you How can I move on When all the best things I have were made together Here's to letting go But I am lost in a void with your ghost and our memories Lest we forget The great reset

This song resonates deeply with me. Sometimes it really does feel like you've lost a piece of yourself. Sometimes it really does feel like you're haunted, late at night, by the what ifs, what could have beens. And sometimes, you really do ask yourself, "how can I move on?" The truth is, you can't. Whether they've died, or they've just left you, they will always be with you, forever, even when you want so desperately to forget about them. All you can do is respect the place they held in your life, and continue to live it. I miss you, Lydia. I hope you come back to me one day, and we can build something better together.

What a beautiful song. I lost my grandma two years ago, she was like a second mother to me, so when she left that crushed my heart a way I couldn't have imagine not even in my worst nightmares. I sing this to her, wherever she is. The fact that my favorite band created a song that sums up perfectly how I feel about her is bittersweet but also a beautiful gift. My grandpa passed away from covid two years ago. The last times with him were incredibly Happy, but for a reason or another we couldnt see each other that much, together with my grandma and uncle. He was a little man, joyful and quiet, loved by everyone in the neighborhood for his spontaneity and kindness. He had a garden where he had plants, all kinds of greens, fruit. It wasn't that big but he lived for that. I had promised myself to go help him and spend a lot of time with him the next spring. I still can't bring myself to accept that spring never came for him, I'm still in a way waiting to help him out with his garden, almost as if time froze. Unsolved feelings that haunt me indeed. Rest in peace, Nonno Raniero, one day, you'll be telling me how did the harvest go, we'll be together working on it. And I will be telling you how much I really loved and cared about you.

This song touches me deeply and moves a feeling that I have long tried to bury: now I struggle between the desire to hear it on repeat and the terror of hearing it again because it embodies exactly that cold that does not want to leave my soul and with which I have been punching for months. I missed this voice and this piano immensely: there is something that awakens and vibrates within me from the very first notes and I feel a bit lost and a bit at home again. And it's butterflies and hurricanes inside me again!

Wow, here I thought this was just a a song about missing someone, but adding the "we forget, the great reset" part made me research the term and see that this can be a completely different conversation. And still in theme with the Muse style. Amazing work 👌👌👌
@serenazanchetti7487
@serenazanchetti7487 Жыл бұрын
What do you mean? How do you interpret that line?
@reeba4824
@reeba4824 Жыл бұрын
@@serenazanchetti7487 from what I researched, it seems like "the great reset" was a term coined by a politician(or someone of high importance, i forgot) from Wales. During the pandemic, he said that our society as a whole can have a "great reset" economically for the better. That this pandemic can be a lesson for betterment when it comes to sustainable resources and other positive changes. Ppl, either out of fear or out of malice, or both, took "The Great Reset" and turned it into a conspiracy theory about "all of societies politicians creating the pandemic to control the people. They killed off a ton of us as a great reset. So evil!" Due to all the talk of the conspiracy tale, it completely destroyed the original idea and now more ppl know about the conspiracy rather than what was hoping to be a positive phrase to use for change. Tbh, I thought the song was ALSO about the conspiracy theory and was surprised to learn it was originally something else. (Tho the creator of the term agrees that maybe it wasn't worded the best lol) So yeah, the song feels like it can very much be about the erasure of that phrase, rather than being about a person who has passed away or something. I could be reading too deep into it? Haha but that seems plausible to me. :)

It's a song about globalist billionaires missing the pandemic l*ckd*wns and lamenting that people no longer trust them. If it sounds "over the top" and "cliched" that's probably intentional. It's cheeky track, but Muse always does an excellent job with irony. Every song on the album is about the last ~2 years.

@@VforVideo That's so great about Muse, I just listened to Dead Inside again and realised that it may just be about a toxic lover, but also as someone lost in the world just giving up on everything about them to become a military drone

My brother introduced me to Muse at a very young age, twelve years ago, and I fell in love with them since then. Unfortunately, my brother passed away two years ago and I'm pretty sure he would have loved this album from start to finish. The first time I listened to this song I couldn't help but cry 'cause it reminded me of him. Thank you so much Muse, your music has always been a big part of my life. 💖
