I just pan fry lightly w ghee & garlic. So simple & you can really taste the mushroom, plus keeps the fiber. But we're all different

What time of year usually morale's grow in Colorado?
@CatchNDinner Жыл бұрын
Generally, yellow morels will start fruiting in mid to late April and can fruit until mid or late May and sometimes even early June in ideal conditions. More specifically, all morels tend to start fruiting when soil temperatures reach about 50 degrees Fahrenheit. So it’s not too late to get out there and try your luck. There is another kind of morel called a burn or black morel, and they can also be found in Colorado. The burn morel can be harvested in the spring and summer depending on many factors including elevation. Here’s a video we made about them last year if you are interested. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJWrdaaVbdmXjKM
