Ingredients for Mushroom Stew with Chicken and Sour Cream:
1 kg of mushrooms (button mushrooms, champignon, porcini, chanterelles, etc.);
400 gr of chicken breast;
1/2 bell pepper or kapia pepper;
2 medium onions;
6 cloves of garlic;
1 bunch of fresh dill;
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper;
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt;
2 bay leaves;
2 tablespoons of poultry fat or approximately 80 gr of butter (in two portions);
Sour cream dressing:
500 gr of full-fat sour cream (32% fat);
1 egg;
1/4 teaspoon of salt;
