Mushrooms are having a moment right now because there are claims and ancient wisdom about them that they could be used as medicine. However, some of the claims made about mushrooms could be overblown. Many young people are intrigued by mushrooms, so they might want to give them a go.

Lion's mane and Turkey tail are two famous mushrooms used as dietary supplements. Nowadays mushrooms have a moment not only in the field of food but also in medical science. Some of the claims about mushrooms are overblown which may make people live in the ancient wisdom of medicine. Because lack of proof about the potential of mushrooms as a medicine is making its use tough sometimes. Young people looking for mushrooms are a go.
