The whispering mode is a tribute to the way MJ sang it. I have a feeling she added the many extra breaths for a reason: it will make you more aware of the lyrics, the emotion behind it. She easily could have chosen to make longer beautiful phrases, legato connected, combined with her unique melisma's, but apparently the message was more important. Little gift at the end with that masterful run! She is special! (Almost to many skills)

The Crown Prince of Norway was doing a virtual visit to California. He met with authorities there and as closing of a part of the visit, they invited Angelina to sing (of course virtually too from her studio in Los Angeles). For this official occasion, instead of promoting one of her new songs, she chose to sing a song that has carried a deep message for more than 30 years. We need to care more for each other. Love conquers all! This is what Angelina wanted to do all her life, sing for the world to be a better place, and now she's using the platform she has been given to do exactly that 💖

I relate to your comments about her "channeling" or "emulating" the artists she covers. I have toyed with making that observation but I always hold off because I have not found a way to say it without implying the pejorative, "copy". I do think she is kind a musical polyglot, a person who speaks many languages with perfect native accents. Angelina speaks musical languages fluently. She seems to totally absorb the voice of the original artist and is able to reproduce it in extraordinary musical detail, while adding her own touches. No shame in that!

Beautiful! She amazes me in every performance since I first saw her on Norway's Got Talent so many years ago. They are very different but she reminds me a lot of Dimash, they are both dedicated, hard working, extremely talented, good values, admirable integrity, the love for music is more important than fitting in to a genre or others expectations, humble, respectful and they are both fans of MJ's music. I'm rooting for Angelina and I know the rest of the world will understand how amazing she is eventualy, today's music industry need more artists like this!

As you said, today Angelina can "reflect" Michael Jackson, tomorrow it's Etta James or Adele, the day after it could be Miley Cyrus, Elvis, Gloria Gaynor, Frank Sinatra or many others. She has no real limits (except possibly opera and I wouldn't bet my money against her even on that).

( I am not being flippant btw) - Having AJ also hit some pretty high notes ( fairly easily to my untrained ear I add) and the amazing very low notes she can produce, i too would really like her to a little opera at some stage. You mentioned Quincy Jones working with MJ... Coincidentally, Quincy Jones was VERY IMPRESSED when she sang a little bit for him. He stated that Angelina was the most talented singer he's heard since MJ; so impressed was Quincy with her that he booked her to OPEN his 85th Birthday Gala in London with his arrangement of "Fly Me to the Moon" (there's a video of the rehearsal with A FULL ORCHESTRA... Now there's a statement, he didn't say she sounded like MJ but as "talented singer" as he was... She MUST'VE been on cloud nine at "12 years old" to elicit that level of admiration from a legendary producer.... 12 YEARS OLD!!! 🎹🎤🎶🎵🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. So proud of this, now, young woman. Quincy Jones stated that he hadn't experienced an artist like her since MJ. Hence, he invited her to perform at his 85th birthday in the O2-Arena in London in 2018. And I'm sure he had something to do with AJ signing up with Republic Records in 2020.

Hello Dear, thank you for your reactions and support Angelina. I'm going to make a little gift in gratitude for your respect demonstrated to our little angel. I discovered a detail a detail that none has said so far (or reactors or fans). Angelina's great masterpiece at this song "Heal The World". There is a great detail almost impermeptible in the arrangement she made. Here the arrangement begins: 4:57 This part is as if I said without words a synthesis of the song without relating the song. Then she pauses and says this without words 5:03 that would mean "etc." Or "by The Way" continuing with the song. It would be like an irony, such as saying: no matter what else or the song itself, it matters to be for us "For You and for Mi". Very few people in this world can perceive the small details, the little gifts of the universe and this is a great gift that Angelina Jordan has left us
