The heavy backing track is probably cuz they just had finished a choreo heavy 3-4 songs set including mic drop, run BTS and run.

There's a gorgeous animated mv for Zero O'clock as well (one of my favorite motivational songs). It's an amazingly cute TinyTan animation video called Dream On. TinyTan are their adorable animated selves. You saw a glimpse of it in Taylor's intro video with the girl riding on the purple whale which is ARMY's symbol. You should definitely watch it even if it's off-screen. 💜 (Interesting fact: This is Jin singing with a sore throat to the point where he was even getting injections right before the concert! He has an incredibly powerful high belting voice. They all have very different strenghts which is why they work so well together.)

During covid my best friend , a nurse, would put the tiny tan version on her TV before work and listen to it, she said it made her look at her day in a more positive way...it helped her get through the day.

Some of them were sick. Jin could not talk shortly before the performance and Jimin had been sick a few weeks before and may have not been fully recovered. Also they had heavy choreography.

The high backing track was also distracting but they were just done with heavy choreo so I guess it was to support à bit their voices, but I'm glad as the song progressed the mix got better and was different so it might have been intentional but also might have been an error... not too sure

or maybe it was part of the song: from the hard day, that makes you weary, wondering, disconnected to the hope for the new day, fight for the new chance, to synch from the desynch of the day that came before. It could be a conscious choice.

Jomin was not feeling great and jin was recovering from 2 weeks of throat infection ( actuall couldn’t speak the day before the concert) they may have have pushed forward the backing track for insurance.. notmally the backing track is there to support vocals during heavy choreography and is very welll managed)

My thought is they have to go to military and so we are all waiting for them to come back and start again.

They certainly don’t need that backing track.

Jimin was sick. It was obvious that the whole concert was hard for him, I hope he wasn't too worried about it...

Dude, since you insist on telling a short story during every video pause the least you could do is rewind the song 5 or 10 seconds so your not starting it again mid verse/chorus. Thank you. 😁

For some reason they choose to use the backtrack. It's so noticeable here because the guys, especially Jimin, are not in the pocket during the verses. Be it them being a bit tired or just wanting to switch up the flow, this backtrack is not helpful. Not sure what they heard in their in ears because this is the 1st time I've seen then this out of sync with the backtrack. Although many times when they use one, it's not as loud as here. Maybe it's sound mixing problem. Either way great reaction. I love this song and listen to it a lot when I had a bad day.

Yeah it was definitely off a little. The backing track overpowered Tae's vocals even.
