holy shit.! no words how much i love you for doing and appreciating this.!! ♥♥ amenra is not just a band, amenra is a spiritual experience, a fight with your inner demons. their music saved my life when i was at my darkest. they are just unbeatable. most intense. most painful. most beautiful. amicitia fortior. by the way, the language is flamish...their latest album is completely in flamish. but colin also sings in english and french. i highly recommend listening to 'a solitary reign', 'am kreuz' and 'plus pres de toi'.!!! love u and wish u a happy new year.! ♥

Highly reccomend to give this band a try and even see them live if oportunity presents itself! saw them live before the pandemic, and it cant be described with words. Please, give Amenra another try, Nowena or Solitary reign, Boden,Plus près de toi or Diaken!

Amenra is fucking great... Their live shows are something else, its pure catharsis. This band is part of the Church Of Ra group and its full of good artists. Oathbreaker is a band worth noticing if you like Amenra.

That's a very legit reaction to hearing Amenra for the first time! If you get the chance to see them live, will be a life experience! And for some reaction I couldn't recommend The Ocean's 'Jurassic | Cretaceous' enough! One of the heaviest pieces of music I've ever listened to!

If you want to dive into something deep check out Vildhjarta - Masstaden Under Vatten. This is their first album in many years. They teased it for atleast 4 or 5 years. It changed how I view metal music. Possible one of my favorite albums ever. You can't really pick a song because its kind of meant to be listened from beginning to end! I'm sure you'd find it interesting :)

Het gloren is one of my favourites. I vividly remember bathing my son, he was a little under a year at the time listening to het gloren and at the point where everything stops and restarts he shuddered. Gave a small boy who knew nothing of the world the same chills it gives his dad.

I would have taken a song where he doesnt do the spoken word but ok. If you have goosebumps, i highly recommend you to go see them live. It is nothing like other gigs. It's a mass. Rows of people in front of you moving their heads in a synced way. And even though you didnt go in a moshpit, you feel empty wenn its finished. But also full. Even though it wasnt a gig of 2 hours, you dont need more. It was good as it was. There are 2-3 good quality recordings of concerts on youtube.
