So this performance was I believe a charity event for cancer after the band's close friend since childhood passed away from cancer, this was also around the time Oli nearly permanently lost his voice from several bouts of laryngitis as well as his first wife cheating on him. All two years after he got out of rehab for addiction. So yeah he's litterally singing like it's gonna be his last time.❤️

This song, this arrangement, the talent of Jordan fish and the conducter, just every single thing about doomed at royal Albert just blows my mind, and also raises in me such a turmoil of emotions. The biggest being regret. That I was not there nor able to partake. But also thankfulness that it exists and today I can watch this and hear it and experience it. Also my own experience playing instruments in an orchestra setting makes this for me just pure bliss. Seeing the emotions of all the musicians and with how much passion they are playing it just brings such happiness. Deep deep happiness watching this. Just absolute pure perfection. This is the type of concert that if it ever happened again, if from the outset I was told basic level tickets were to cost $1000, I wouldn't even bat an eyelid knowing how many people are apart of the performance, and just how incredible of a performance it was going to be. God what a concert.

I’m a long time fan of bring me, I primarily like the original ep and 1st album count your blessings (Check out medusa) , but I do like a decent chunk of the newer stuff Where the vocals turned cleaner too (not so fond of the latest album with all the techy parts) . But that said, this was clearly either 1 of the best attempts at this song live they ever did or there’s some post production on the video, because iv seen bring me many many many times live and since Oli wrecked his vocal chords around the time of the album suicide season (shortly after) they have never sounded the same live, I respect it and I get that’s why he sounds off live so like I acknowledge that and still enjoy them liv, but his voice breaks a lot live now and the keyboard guy now does 50% of the vocals to make up for oli having to take breaks, and they can’t do any of their older stuff as much because of olis voice and ability to do the scream vocals as much has gone, I’m not trying to hate on them at all I’m just pointing that out because this song is from one of the last couple albums so it’s after he did that to his voice, so I’m just really torn between whether I should be mind blown by the performance or suspicious that theres some post production on the vocals to clean them up and sound closer to the album maybe by sampling vocals from the album a little bit. I’m so confused lol. Good video though man, my first time finding the channel and it was good. If you can deal with the more chaotic fast screamo side of their music it would be really cool to see your view on something like medusa , black and blue , or Brail from the album count your blessings, it’s where they started and it’s crazy to see/hear the difference between 2005 bmth and 2020 bmth , the difference in every album is why the fan base is so broad I think, it’s good.
