I heard Courtney say in an interview that they make their own videos and they center the video around an inexpensive idea. She said they only spend a few thousand dollars at most to make them. With that said, You really need to check the video for their song Blessed Be. Both the video and the song are masterpieces!

I really love your reaction here. I also love what you said about how talented the musicians in heavy music are. You can't play extreme music unless you can play basically everything else. So even if someone doesn't like heavy music, I hope they respect it because their favorite band probably couldn't play this music, but this band could probably play anyone's.

You guys should do a video on the first all female metal band Kittie... they haven’t put out new music since 2011 but I remember on another video yall asked who the first female was to scream and I believe that’s Kittie who made it big in 1999 at the ages of 18 and under... I recommend the songs my plague, cut throat and sorrow I know.... also look into the band red handed denial - “the awakening”for another female fronted band... and I may as well throw in straight line stitch - “black veil”

finally another spiritbox.!! please do more spiritbox.!! if you do jinjer reactions, there's no way to miss spiritbox.!! no competition, i love both bands and their vocalists...but courtney's techniques on growling and screaming are so much better and much more precise on point than tati's. in holy roller courtney smashes 4 different growling techniques, which is absolutely insane.! btw, this is spiritbox' most ridiculous song - with 'holy roller' they just wanted to write the most brutal and heavy song they could possibly write, there was no other intention. so, it's just a funny 2,5 minutes blast and is not taken too serious. all their other songs are a musical revelation - speaking of the songwriting from a technical point of view, they are way more interesting than jinjer. but both bands are writing songs on another level...

I am closer to your age. And I get the cocoon comment. I have been into the heavier stuff always. But I love female fronted bands. Spiritbox is the shiz man. You NEED to react to Spiritbox, The Mara effect Live session. I think it is about as historic as it gets. It makes me very emotional, not a band has affected me this much since the 90's. Tatiana is that sharp edge of a priceless blade. Spiritbox IS the blade. Oh, PS.... It is a 3 part song. It is 16 minutes of your life worth devoting to. Be ready.

You really need to react to their "Mara Effect", the drummer kills it. To be honest, all of them are at the top of their musicianship in that video. This song along with many others in their catalogue, is tuned to drop f#. I think that’s 4 and 1/2 steps down. Then to push it ridiculously lower, Mike used a pitch shift pedal to shift down to F, then to E, then to D# during the second chorus and breakdown. Just rattles your bones.
