This was my first favorite of Jinjer's. I claim it. :) There is a live version, shot from behind on stage. I can't remember if you ever see Tatiana's face. It's fire and a fun watch, ya know, just for yourself, Mr. JW.

This is the song that really got me into Jinjer... I'd heard Pisces and I Speak Astronomy and some other stuff, but then this song came out and blew me away and I got really into them... the Micro EP is when the band really started coming together.

I LOVE this song so much!! I'm currently "attempting" to learn how to play these drums parts, I've got about 80% down, but those blast beats are FAST AS FUCK. There's so much complexity in this track within such a short running time, it's crazy!!

This one is an absolute favorite of mine, easily top 3! One thing I kinda missed in this one is the second listen through where you stop more and point at specific things you notice in the music. I really enjoyed the format you used on your reactions for Wallflowers, and wished that stuck around. But anyway, I might be nitpicking at this point, any day with a new Jinjer reaction from you is a good day, just wanted to share this thought. Cheers Mate!

Vlad's first composition for Jinjer.🤘I really dig the abrupt beginning. Then the intentional chaotic nature of the music/tempos that beautifully and masterfully support and convey the "chaos" of the narrative is brilliant. 👍Next, in true Jinjer form, a breakdown to groove town! 🎶This is a special band that only comes around once in a generation. In this old guy's opinion anyway. 😎

It's Micro EP, the one with Teacher teacher and Perennial on. It took a while for this one to ripen in my head, but I hear a clear difference between this and first of all Macro (the next album), let alone Wallflowers. This one is way easier for me to grasp and learn to ride through (all the things that are happening).

Another great reaction JW. Ape is my 2nd favorite Jinjer song, only behind Pit of Consciousness. It's funny because when I first heard Ape, I thought it's good, but after about 30+ listens, I ended up loving it. Some Jinjer songs are like that for me, some I love immediately, others it takes multiple listens, but eventually I end up loving all of their songs. I believe this is one of the first songs that Vlad composed for the group, and Eugene actually produced this video. Keep up the great reactions my friend, and as always, stay Metal. 😊🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🎶🎶🎶🎶

I love how Jinjer can seemingly syncopate and control dissonance all over the place but still keep the groove rock solid. This is definitely the best surprise of a band since I first heard Pantera far beyond driven back in the 90s,i a bolt out of the blue just when you think you've heard it all.

This is off Micro the EP after touring for King of Everything. They said it was a quick production to get new music out cause festivals were in the future and time was sparce. It's Vlads introduction recording wise..I'd say Jinjer did pretty good this EP also has Teacher Teacher and Perennial. Do another one off King of E, if your in the mood for hyperblast riffing and piercing vocals "Sit Stay Rollover"(Napalm signed them after they saw this video, haha), New York hardcore vibes "Words of Wisdom" Or if you want quadruple hearts for Vlad😍do "Under the Dome" drum playthrough over the studio track with vocals

Now that's the kind of reaction to this song I'd expect to see! Very well done sir. For me, this song ranks right near the top of all Jinjer songs from a vocal standpoint....next to Cloud Factory and Pisces. Musically, you're right, they pack so much in this little song but it all somehow fits and sounds amazing.

As already mentioned, this is from the Micro EP. They released it in Jan of 2019 (although this song came out as a single before that) and then recorded Macro, which came out in Oct that same year. There are a few connections between them too. The Prophecy has a lyrical connection to this song and there is also one between Dreadful Moments/Retrospection. I don't recall you doing much of their older stuff. It's worth checking out Exposed As A Liar (their first music vid) or Scissors to see how far they've come.

I've probably posted some version of this 20 times in various Jinjer reactions. When this song comes on during the Alive in Melbourne performance, the whole band has shifted into high gear... Tatiana is fully warmed up, and they fucking -destroy- for the next hour. I've heard the whole thing many times, and I can pick out two or three tiny imperfections, and a few times where Tatiana skips some high notes. Were it any better, I'd wonder if it was faked. In 4k on KZbin for free. If you haven't seen it, do it now. (Comment section)
