Ted is the nicest man you could ever meet. I've worked with him in 3 productions of JCS. Loves his fans and truly appreciates the opportunity to play this role.

Amazed by the skill of the interviewer. Often they don't get enough credit when their job is well done, but here the interviewer deserves credit. He develops a very good rapport and understands when to let the actor take the lead and when to follow up on something and is very well informed. I hope he sees the appreciation.

Ted Neely was so awesome to meet over 26 years ago in Wichita Falls Texas when his tour came through an I to go back stage and wait with his friends from Ranger Texas. We talked for a little bit and even had a small chance to audition. For a role on the tour. Alas I didn't audition mainly because my graduation from college was with in a month or so. He was soooooo nice, friendly and kind to me a devoted fan of his since the age of 7. Thank you for that moment Ted. It is a highlight memory of a documentary I'm working on ...much love if you ever read this.

I was only 11 or 12 years old when I got the album released in Belgium same year or one year later When I divorced in 1985 my ex-wife took this album with her, never saw it back because I would have let it sign by Ted Neeley himself when he came to Belgium. My father said the film was blasfemy, my mother and I loved it so much we went to the cinema together to see this musical....still great music to listen to even after almost fifty years later;

The movie, Jesus Christ Superstar, was the catalyst to my understanding of Jesus's sacrifice for our sins. All of a sudden Jesus crucifixion was unbelievably real, and at the tender age of 14 it hit my soul like a freight train. It was the beginning for my true enlightenment of the Gospels, and I have been learning ever since.
