Same vocalist, Kagami. Please listen to more Dexcore, they are just different. I'll suggest their song Earthworm.

Shockingly this is one of Dexcore's most straight forward songs. They have had a couple of lineup changes over the years but I feel they are on the best one right now. If nothing else it's the most aggressive sounding line up.

Dexcore was one of my favorite discoveries of 2021. Their style is, as you mentioned, essentially melding multiple songs into one but maaannn, it works. It just works. This might be their most conventional track, at least among recent single releases but wait til you’re counting breakdowns on two hands, like in “Red Eye” or “Brainwashing,” the latter of which is a must. Every song is a ride, though, and you’ll never have any idea what the destination is. They’re fun that way.

Jiluka goes even more extreme with mixing genres together. Unfortunately too technical for most.

Really enjoyed your reaction. Dexcore is a phenomenal band and kagami's voice is unreal and powerful. Songs to check out. Earthworm, red eye dragout, brainwashing, new era and who's fault.

Let me paint a picture for you... It's 8am, I've just sat down to work, and I put my headphones on and head to the 'tube to see what's new and this is at the top of my feed. Never heard Dexcore before, so I decide to hop in and see what they're bringing to the table. Suffice it to say, this has me more awake than my coffee does. Yeesh... That was a lot to take in. I *loved* like 90% of it. The falsetto is an acquired taste, but the rest is so dynamic and interesting that it's easy to put personal taste aside there. The harsh vocals sound like Ryo from Crystal Lake, which is a major complement because he's one of my favorite vocalists in that style. Just pure power there. The little breaks and gaps and tempo changes and nuances just kept me guessing the whole time where they were gonna go next. This is playlist material. Very cool stuff. And gave me a major jolt first thing in the morning, too! Great video, Steve! 🤘

Dexcore is amazing band! Please react to another japanese band The Gazette and their song "Undying" or "Blinding Hope", I think you will like it. ;) If you like that different genres are mixed in it, I think this music wave is for you. It's japanese music wave and subculture called Visual Kei, it have many variety and as music you can find there almost everything, Visual Kei bands love experiments with music. The Gazette is also Visual Kei band. :)

For sure. I love recommendations especially for bands I've never heard of before. I can't give any guarantees as to when I'll get to this particular one as the to-do list is loooong, but it's 100% on there. Cheers!
