How about employing more people on 40 hours a week instead of inhumane 80 hours per week? This mindset of "if you dont sacrifice your whole life, sanity and health for this, you are not serious about 'the cause'" is extreme and counterproductive. Especially if you are essentially doing advanced book keeping, where precision and details are key. You cant count on peak performance on your 7th 11 hour shift in a week.

Just as long as they don't cut cost in necessary areas like Social Security and SSI disability.,or medicaid coverage for those depts. Ihave severe health issues that cannot be managed without assistance, etc.. It is usually the poor people with medical needs and disabilities whu suffer first and most when the government makes cut backs.
