There were some errors in the video. The one concerning me is regarding Jizya. Generally speaking, Jizya is a tax paid by non-Muslims so that they don’t have to fight in the military-they aren’t slaughtered for not paying it. Muslims were obligated to be conscripted, non-Muslims generally weren’t. If the case were different here then I think that’s an important distinction to make

They overthrew the caliphate and unified Al andalus into one nation, instead of it being divided into states with different rulers. Conquering was part of human history. Only difference between Muslim expension and other religions like Christianity it wasn't forced on people. Maybe you should look for information about what the Almoravids and the Almohads did in Spain in the 13th century: robbed, raped, enslaved, killed, and forced the surviving Christians of Al-Andalus to convert, deporting many to North Africa and those who could they fled to the Christian kingdoms of northern Spain. There was not a single Christian left in Al-Andalus. You should check your sources or educate yourself better before speaking.
