@@calantheaaquilah7990 Here you go my friend = When someone cannot fast in Ramadan and can’t make up the lost days afterwards (for example, because of a long-term health condition), then they should pay (fidya) for someone else to be fed. In other words, it is charity to feed a hungry person for each day you are unable to fast. Hope this helps!

Hhamdlillah.. Ramadan Kareem. 5 times prayer is better than yoga (asanas)... almost 1 hour or little less taraveeh prayer including other 4 prayers gives our body much excersize than all stressful gym or mild yogas...coz ive already experienced it.. May Allah be with you.

Hello guys new here I have been a Muslim for a number of years but Ramadan has always fallen on days where I am pregnant, I really need some advice from yourselves please as I really want to fast but I have 2 medical reasons 1. Chronic uti syndrome 2. Painful bladder syndrome I drink loads of water I have to drink over 4L of water to flush my system but when fasting for example I’ll feel fine till about 2pm then the pain is uncontrollable where I’ll have to break my fast to take medication to relive some of the pain any help from anyone that has any knowledge on these thank you have a blessed Ramadan

You can find your answer on the internet. But to give you a short answer you cant fast in the condition you are right now. Its forbiden to harm your health and your child

Are you pregnant now? If you have a normal pregnancy you can fast, but if you find difficulties and complications, you can pay fidya or complete the fast later in year/years.

Thank you for your reply no not pregnant now but breast feeding I fasted the first 2 days but because of my medical conditions I’m now suffering with a UTI so I’m taking a few days to rehydrated with medication my doctor gave me then will start fasting again tomorrow any days missed will be made up later in the year 😀

Hello sister, if you are unable to fast - and your condition sounds as if you cannot for health reasons - then as long as you pay charity to feed a hungry person (it is called Fidya in Arabic). That should be fine. But of course, if you can fast later in the year - then feel free to make up. Allah knows your state and so don't put yourself in harm. May Allah support you!

The biggest tip you can give anyone about Islam is that it is not for those who casually suppose they can have their sins pardoned through prayer or zakat when AllahSWT has already determined and informed mankind of the scale of punishment for them. Allah's Blessings and Mercy is granted to the wronged - not the entitled wrongdoers, spies or munafiqs.
