Thanks for making a video! A word of criticism - this could easily be a 1 minute video without any necessary information lost.

Agreed. That's why I initiated the "In a Minute" format in 2020, for similar brief topics.

H again, I just wonder if you guys have an office in Vietnam?
@Visacoach4 жыл бұрын
No we do not provide any foreign locations. In practice we believe that is not needed, as 99% of the work that leads to success is accomplished directly working with the US client. The foreign beneficiary basically just needs to show up for the medical and interview. We expect that uber vietnam takes care of that for him or her.

Not quite technically accurate. My fiance was interviewed in Tokyo through a Japanese lady translator who spoke Spanish. Of course the english speaking interviewer knew I (us native) spoke Spanish (at least I hope so). Is it common for the embassys to have multilingual people like this or did I get lucky? I offered to bring a translator who spoke Spanish and Japanese but they said it wasn't necessary.
@Visacoach4 жыл бұрын
What my video is about is the requirement for the applicant to speak English or not. As you and your fiance share a common language Spanish, then she is is not required to speak English. However your issue is you are sending an applicant who does not speak English to an interview, in a country where the common language is Japanese, and your applicant neither speaks English nor Japanese, So YES in this case you would contact the consulate to confirm if you need to bring a translator or not. In your specific case, yes, you were lucky that someone on staff spoke Spanish.

Thank you. It was an unusual situation. The lesson is, keep on top of things. After covid i was told by the embassy a translator might not be available. I had a contingency plan. Don't leave anything to chance.

Hi Visa Coach, My I130 case has been approved and it has been sent to the NVC. My husband is currently living in Malaysian and I am 23 weeks pregnant. I really want him to come to the United States during my delivery time. I am really scared that the process at the NVC will take a long time because it took us a year until we got the approval from the USCIS. Is there anything I can do to make the process a little faster, and how long does it usually take at the NVC? Thank you so much and have a wonderful day:)

Congratulations on the pregnancy. Sorry, realistically there is nothing to do but be as patient as possible to wait on US immigration to complete processing on your case.

Sorry, not much to be done but wait for the results. The time for action was in the original preparation of your application.

Hello Mr. Wahl, our declare to marry is dated from August 2018. Before we send our stuff to you we wanted to know if those dates mattered. Or if there’s a certain amount of time the documents have before they’re no good. Like “How we met” “Declaring to marry within the 90 days”. Are these okay? Being from August of last year. Obviously they’re still good. I’m just wondering if the dates matter.

When we work together, I provide a detailed personalized checklist of what is needed. I craft all the forms or letters that need signing. It is never a good idea to "get ahead of yourself" by collecting items or doing things yourself without guidance. This can cause a LOT of wasted effort, including getting some items too soon, so that they need to be completely redone later. If you have already placed your order (sorry I don't know who you are via a youtube handle) then please follow the clear instructions I have already provided. If you have not placed your order, then do so right away, before you waste more time an effort chasing down blind alleys. To place your order call 1-800-806-3210 or send request to info@visacoach.com for instructions on how to proceed.

What about gay couples with big age gaps who really love each other and are thinking about signing up for a fiancé visa? Do you think 35 years gap can be a negative thing for the couple to be married? Thanks for your videos, they're amazing, so is your professionalism!🙏😉
@Visacoach6 жыл бұрын
Regardless of gender preferences, a significant age difference is a red flag. So it is important to ensure that there are enough persuasive evidences to demonstrate that a couple is bona fide, in spite of the red flags. That is the most important aspect of my work, I help couples improve their chances of success by guiding them to identify and present their case persuasively. You would be wise to recommend your fiance to reach out to me for my support.

I talked to you over the phone before. You gave me bad news. I am NOT going to get approved for ANY kind of visa! Because of the only income that I get. I am only looking at getting a spousal visa. I hurd from USCIS. that I can have a co singer. Remember me, I ONLY get SSI. Government money!
@Visacoach6 жыл бұрын
Sorry for the bad news. Those on SSI are not eligible to apply for immigration benefits. Regardless of whether you can find a co-sponsor.

@@Visacoach are you saying that if a petitioner had any kind of government assistance that they cannot get approved for a spousal Visa? I was out of work last year and had received some government assistance specifically snap and Heap. I've spoken with a couple of immigration lawyers and they told me that those new restrictions are for the beneficiary who's already here in the United States.... Not the petitioner. I have not filed yet. I plan on alter using co-sponsor. Please clarify.

If you are CURRENTLY accepting SSI you are not eligible. If you are NO LONGER accepting SSI you are eligible. Proposals to make you ineligible for PAST SSI has not be made into law, yet.

@@Visacoach ok, so if I am not on SSI. then I would have NO income, witch would also make me NOT eligible
