good choice on the red dot. cyelee is a good brand, I have the wolf-2 green dot on my ar-15 and I love it.

Would spraying the pellets with wd40 help with friction?

I prefer Ballistol oil to clean and oil the barrel and slugs but I imagine wd40 will work also!
