If you have to count pennies to have a bike like this, then you should not. This is a toy, this is what you get when you have your own house, reliable transportation, good credit if you are financing ( never pay something in cash unless you have plenty of it) debt is not always negative, a good paying career or your own profitable business. But at the end of the day, if you like it and you are happy with it then its ok in my book.

Shoot, I’m 25 and I just got a fully loaded ‘21 S1K, financed, I had shopped around, progressive wanted ~$450/mo. I ended up going to Allstate for $68/mo. Shop around!

Y’all are wild. I understand being a young man and wanting to flex but the new ness doesn’t last long. After that, you’re sitting there with a bike that’s upside down on what you’re paying and what these bikes are worth. I’m going back and forth on buying one of these. I’m lucky enough to be able to be in a place where I don’t have to finance it. I don’t think i would be buying one right now if i had to finance it with these APRs.

Im in the market for a new bike.. narrowed it down to the Ducati panigale V4, S1000RR, R1. a lot of reviews are saying the Ducati runs super hot ( i live in ATL), and the R1 runs cooler but not much better than the Ducati. How is the S1000RR in terms of riding with engine/exhaust heat? Like on a scale of 1 to 10. with 10 being the most hot. what would you say it is... if you've ridden the other 2 I've mentioned.. can you rate those as well? Thanks in Advance!

What’s up brother . So my budy rode my s1k and there’s a lot of differences . If you was power and aggressiveness the V4 is the way to go. You want comfortability and just a best all around bike the s1k is the way to go . S1k doesn’t really run hot . Would say maybe a 5 on hot scale just bc when your riding city it gets hotter a lot quicker . I owned a 2021 r1 and I can tell you the s1k is the best all around bike in terms of how it turns, speed , comfortability and so much more but the s1k flaw is prices to get the bike at 100 percent drivability and highest potential . R1 Is an amazing bike but just has a lot less so really depends on your intentions with bike and etc. Ducati is the king of bikes in our opinion but does run hot and just a rougher ride in terms of street and way more aggressive bike .

its not even about the length of the term.. its about the interest rate and the reliability.. meaning will it last the 60 months and it will easily.

$500 a month 😳 I have the same bike and my monthly is nothing like that. Then insurance, that’s a huge no 😂 I got my S1K 24’ Red which is more than the black from Jersey. Always shop around first big guy

I would rather keep my 3 grand or whatever and just have the high payments . I got a 480 payment with nothing down . And a 4% Interest rate . I would rather use the bank money . Appreciate your opinion bro. Have a great day!

@@lsmtana Im with you.. some people put money down because thats the only way they can get financed. others only have money now but can't keep up the higher payments over time. cash is supreme.. when the interest rate is low.. using the cash for accessories or an emergency fund is the way to go.. you did it right. you can always pay more each month or pay ahead. actually its smarter to take the money you would have put down and do advance payment (if terms allow) or principal only payment .. and you're credit report will show a quick pay down on the original loan which is a credit score boost.
