Ok to qualify for a home loan to get this you have to have a good credit score 690 and above. Also property or if not they will ask you to get a loan and with that loan you will buy your land and what's left over you can buy something from them. This home alone is over 100,000 and you also need 5,000$ or more for a down payment. The delivery and setting up your house is another price. Just fyi for those who want a home from them at least know this much before walking in. They are beautiful home just be prepared for what you want. It's more steps then buying a regular home but at least it's new.

Fyi. We are strongly considering a manufactured home. But the cost of the home itself is the starting point. If I buy land for 50k. First lot prep. Removal of trees and leveling of land. then a septic system and a well that could be an addittional 40-60k (Varies around the country) depending on the depth of well and type of septic system. Then concrete work for foundation driveway walkways. Then sales tax for your state. Then the upgrades. But after all that is said and done you end up with a home for much less than you would pay for a run down old stick built house that needs a remodel. Finding the right land is the hardest part.

I have been so in love with this layout for a while. I'd rather white cabinets throughout though. When buying a new house, THIS is what I would pick. But my husband is concerned with the quality. I know this is a different brand, but we have a Clayton home and the quality is absolutely terrible. The doors literally fall off the walls, all of the trim has peeled off the walls, and every doorknob has shattered on the inside. This was with us taking care of the house. We dont abuse it, its just crappy work. So my question is: is the kitchen countertops real granite or is it vinyl made to look like it? What about the reclaimed wood in the bathroom? Is it real wood or foam with a vinyl finish? For the price, I wouldn't want to buy something that will fall apart in a few years. Luckily we live in Tx and it's available here. For the bonus room, I'd rather have the only door to be accessible from the master, like an extra room in the master.

well it is a BEAUTIFUL home but you must remember, no matter how beautiful, A TRAILER IS A TRAILER.... We too live in a double wide and it is about 23 years old now and it too is falling apart.. It has NOT been abused either.. But once a trailer starts falling apart it seems hopeless that it will ever get better even if you work on it.. We have had a brand new metal roof put on and laminated hardwood in some of the rooms. We have dry wall in some of the rooms also and built a beautiful back screened in porch.. But, with all of that, our kitchen cabinets are still FALLING APART.. We are old now and both retired. And we really don't have the extra money to fix nothing now.. I wish I had chose a regular house instead of a mobile home.. So , if you and your husband want something better and you are still young enough to buy a REAL HOUSE, then do yourself a favor and get a REAL HOUSE.. God Bless..
