Hey Victoria, lovely home...the primary suite, absolutely is the focal point of this property...but I wished the builder, sacrificed some space from that expansive primary bedroom and added it to the bathroom. The bathroom seemed underwhelming, compared to that bedroom....but still a lovely property. Thank you🙃.

Love the built in work area near the kitchen! I like how you've been showing North and South Carolina as well as the ATL area. As a 'soon to be transplant' from the Midwest, I only wish there were some developments showcased that featured mature trees and landscaping. I want to move South to enjoy the outdoors more but everything in the newer housing areas looks so barren and bleak outside. Will I need to plan on buying in an older more established neighborhood if I want to get some shade? (P.S. I really enjoy your videos!)

Why can't builder for that price give hardwood flooring on second floor too. Also why not closet system installed in master? For that kind of money that should be an automatic and should have a freestanding bathtub.

Hi Joseph, please keep in mind that this is simply just a model home. A lot of the options are left so consumers can have a wholistic picture of what is offered through the builder. There are many options that can be done.
