Just to be clear, the choriqueso with leche con platoon is not typical "Santiaguinian" but typical from the southern city of Punta Arenas. Kiosco roca started there and now has become a national chain. Really pleased to see the choriqueso in this video, as i was born an raised puntarenense

I am from Philippines, I was born and raised on a province called Zamboanga. It is a peninsula located in Mindanao and I must say I am very proud to be a Zamboangeño. The completo was not invented at dominó, the restaurant that createad this wonderful meal is called "El Portal Ex Bahamondes". But anyway, great video!!
