I just made this today. It's very good. I did add a little fish sauce to the shrimp paste- It was a little bland to me. *I bought some shrimp that always ends up being tough so this is the perfect remedy for that- Great video-thank you

I appreciate this sort of cooking demonstration. Short & simple instruction. No longwinded talking and drag on demo of every slice, cut, chop or stir. Thank you very much, I will definitely make this for CNY 2020. ❤Malaysia.

Oooh these look delicious. I came across your video as I'm searching for something I used to eat from a Chinese takeaway as a child. They were called 'Savoury Cakes' From memory, they were deep fried patties...I remember spring onion being in the mix...I think they may have been made with potatoes...shrimp and pork? It's difficult trying to find what I'm looking for, but hopefully I'll find the answer one day 🙂 x

Hi where do u get the small little white saucer from?
@spicenpans7 жыл бұрын
+Carielyn Lim Oh. I got them from my Mother-in law. Not sure where she bought them but I’ve seen something similar sold in Daiso. Quite expensive for a little saucer though. Maybe you can try and see if your neighbourhood HDB shops carry them? Maybe can try Taobao too!
