@@Omekongo Supposedly blacks don't swim. The truth is that blacks never had access to pools. In many cases they were simply disappeared if blacks used them. I grew up in an all black region of Chicago. We had pools thankfully. I say thousands of black swimming. Perhaps tens of thousands. There were at least 5 different pools that my parents took us to. I learned to swim at 3 like most kids in my area. The stereotype of Blacks not swimming is a figment of the wyt American imagination or a direct result of American racism.

Btw the 5 pools were Palmer Park, Abott Park, the Pump, Gresham Park and Rainbow beach. I never had heard of blacks not swimming until I finished my senior year of high school at an all white school in Arizona. Their level of ignorance was astounding.

When I was 6 my family was having a family reunion and my moms best friend took me and my sister to the pool that was at the park we were at. I had never been swimming before and I went to the edge of the pool and a little white boy about my age swam up and told me to jump in. I was very nervous and I said no. He kept saying jump in, jump in we can race. After a few minutes or so of his taunting, I reluctantly gave in and I jumped straight in. Fast forward 5 minutes later. Im laying on my back with a blonde haired white guy is giving me mouth to mouth. What I didnt know was the kid was at the deep end of the pool and apparently when I jumped in I hit my head on the side of the pool. I passed out and dropped to the bottom of the pool like a rock. If it wasn't for the lifeguard I would have drowned. That event scared my mom and dad so bad, the very next year they had a pool installed in our backyard and they taught me, my sister and all of our cousins, about 8 of us, how to swim. Every day after my dad got off work he had us in that pool. Every weekend, we had family over so their kids would learn. Needless to say, we all become very good swimmers that summer.

Growing up in segregated Alabama, even as a child witness, i knew the grown ups were flat out lying bout yall. 67 years later, only people ever been mean to me been the pale in my native Indigenous assimilated fanily. The pale side were the criminals in my family. I love all people with melanation.. The traffickers invented race to justify their crimes. Much love peace and respect to my brothers and sisters ❤❤❤ Ya'll taught me how to survive the abusers in my family. Bless you for that❤

@@vickiebonner4181 the legacy of baggage folks carry is multi layer and truly not the fault of any other people than the jerks who invented the concept of race in the first place. My grandparents had to hide their own family because they were the assimilated. One side being white they just rejected the full blood grandparents and stopped my grandmother from seeing his sisters whom he dearly loved. We weren't told we were Cherokee till 2007. I'm 66. It blew me away to know my intuition was that I wasn't like my parents but my two full blood grandparents. Was overjoyed. I'm sorry fools rule the world. I see beautiful people who have taught me much more than I can relate. God bless you and yours.🙏❤️

Dinsmore Magistrate Judge Mario Garcia Magistrate Judge Kellie M. Barr Magistrate Judge M. Kendra Klump Magistrate Judge Craig M. McKee Magistrate Judge Van T. Willis Laura Howie-Walters Jodie Franzen Laurie Morgan Elizabeth Culiver Amy Hooten We, the American Indian Empowerment PAC, hereby issue this Cease and Desist notice to all legal, elected, appointed, juristic, citizens, residents, resident aliens, for-profit and non-profit corporate persons, and all other non-governmental organizations under the jurisdiction of the United States. It has come to our attention that individuals, organizations, and corporations are deliberately misclassifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" for profit. This misclassification violates treaties, constitutions, and covenants, and it is imperative that this practice be discontinued immediately. Misidentifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" erases their unique cultural heritage and history, infringing upon their right to self-determination and self-identification. The Indian Bill of Rights, Indian Civil Rights Act, and American Indian Self-determination and Education Assistance Act of 1975 were enacted to protect the rights of American Indians and colonial European descent Americans. Furthermore, treaties such as the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek, the Treaty with the Cherokee, and the Treaty of Delaware were established to safeguard the sovereignty and self-determination of American Indian tribes. The Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States also ensure the fundamental rights of all Americans, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Additionally, the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples recognizes the right of Indigenous peoples to self-determination and the preservation of their cultural identity. By perpetuating the false belief in race and imposing the identity of "Black" or "African American" on Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent, these individuals, organizations, and corporations are promoting a caste system identity that does not exist and undermining the principles of liberty and justice for all upon which the United States of America was founded. Therefore, we demand that all social media companies, elected officials, public servants, public corporations, and their agents and partners immediately cease and desist from using terms such as FBA, Black, Afro-American, African Americans, minorities, people of color, communities of color, ADOS, or any other marketing slogan or racist term to describe and determine the identity of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent with ruddy, tawny, brunette, fair, swarthy, and dark skin tones as "Black" or "African American." Failure to comply with this Cease and Desist notice will result in legal action to protect the rights and identities of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent. This notice is issued under the authority of PUBLIC LAW 93-638, Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968 (ICRA), 25 U.S.C.§§ 1301-1304 (ICRA). Sincerely, American Indian Empowerment PAC

Out of nowhere a 85 year old relative told me that an older man to him said, “Never work for a Black man”. It was shocking and later I wondered how many others he has said that too over the years. He retired from the job he started as a 20 something. Linda Taylor based on government census reports and her family were shown as white, now she would not be the first person to have a different father. Her brother said she was capable of being who she wanted to be
