LOL I once had neighbors where I work and they had 4 Trans Am's with no cats, no resonators and no muffler's so just imagine how loud that is! :-) It drove my GF crazy every time they were around because they were constantly working on their cars day and night, starting their cars, revving their engines which really didn't bother me most of the time but trust me it's not always a good thing to hear exhaust sounds when I'm in the shower with the doors closed and the noise is coming from next door! lol This guy even modified his 5.7L Durango which was just or even louder than his Trans Am's!

Pat Ryan If you hit up AmericanMuscle.com and check out the upgraded throttle body, with a spacer. You can get a nice little whine and a serious jump in throttle response! Not that you necessarily need it, but man does it make it fun!! 🏎💨👂🏼

I’ve been so conflicted lately on what my next car will be. I’m a mustang man to the roots but recently my buddy let me drive his full exhaust corvette and It sounded unreal. Been about 2 years since I’ve owned a mustang and I almost leaned towards the corvette until seeing this video. Pat Ryan i was going to ask the same because today my mechanic that is installing them ran into a problem and can’t connect the X pipe to the header. The x pipe is the same size as the header down pipe so they can’t slide into each other. Any help ? Suggestions where I can order some connecters or where I can go?

This car is an absolute ANIMAL!!! I’m glad your camera was able to capture the exhaust notes better than most videos I see. I have a 2012 GT. I’ve been toying with the idea of getting long tubes. Some of the comments I’ve read on this post is kinda scaring me away from long tubes (about the neighbors). I currently have BBK shorty headers with stock H pipes and Roush Axle Backs. My cold start is already crazy loud. Although my neighbors are pretty cool, Long tubes may get me kicked out of the neighborhood. Lol. Anyway, great video. I really needed to see a video with good sound quality

Pat Ryan yeah...I heard...luckily the guy who does my exhaust work has his own shop with a lift. It’s funny u mentioned how much of a pain it was because he just installed long tubes on a 2015 GT. It took a couple days. Most of the issue was because the guy with the GT didn’t have everything he needed for the install plus the mid pipe had to be modified. The guy used the aftermarket mid pipe that he had before he bought long tubes. Since the guy didn’t buy a short mid pipe meant for long tubes my mechanic had to modify his mid pipe to make it fit the long tubes. My mechanic said i won’t have the same issue as long as I buy a mid pipe that matches whatever long tubes I decide to buy. Thanks for the quick response. I wasn’t expecting that especially since the post is a year old. Lol. Keep up the good work. I am now subscribed to your channel. Holla.
