If you are considering these pass on them. I ordered the Borla ATAK in September of 2021 from my Corvette dealer. They did not arrive until a/4/22. It was so long I decided not install these and had found another product available. Borla with not having even made them yet refused to cancel the order. Grudgingly, I had them installed and low and behold it has an issue that generates a sound like you have a fan belt that is loose. So now I have to order a replacement for 3 to 5 months from now while driving what sounds like a souped up '72 Vega. The candle on top of the icing is that Borla will not pay for the require labor to remove their faulty product and install the new set. They do not have good customer service and will not support you their customer.

I put a Mopar cold air intake and the Borla ATAK on my Ram Rebel. Absolute insanity! Cold starts are fun. Merging onto a busy highway is fun. Red lights are fun. I love it!

What’s the benefit of going with borla attack instead of just piping through one of the active valves? Usually what I’ve done in the past, with different muscle and exotics that have active valves, is just piping through the sport exhaust side on the OEM setup.

My GT500 has the same issue with active exhaust, sprayed some lubricant inside the valves. They work when warmed up but not cold.. They seize up from condensation and stop working or wiring harness Frys.

@@vk56datty I hate this (and many other things) about California. I would have already sent my GT350 to Fathouse Performance for their twin turbo conversion if it wasn’t for California regulations. Sounds like a royal pain to convert back every other year. Also, your computer will give Ford all they need to void your warranty. Voiding my warranty I’m willing to do for a twin turbo conversion, that’s all I’m willing to void my warranty for.

I have borla atak's on my GT, it is so loud one night i started it i could see the people next door it startled them right off the couch. last summer a guy 6 blocks away called the cops on me because of my mufflers cops waited for me and followed me home to give me a warning, i asked the cop are you really pulling me over for that?
