Apparently fanum tax is a gag from a streamer named Kai Cenat about another content creator called Fanum, who would come in and "tax" Kai by stealing his food when he streams... At least that's what I read when I looked it up. People today make the weirdest words and phrases!! Edit: Okay, I played the video again and someone had told Kip what it was... I could've just waited a couple more seconds for the answer! Lol
