We can say the muslim marriage is similiar as contract. We can't say it pure contract. Becouse it doesn't fullfill ingredients for contract.

In case if a muslim man marries a Zoroastrian woman but in the nikahnama the term of marriage is not specified, then what will be the status of such marriage? And if it becomes irregular marriage then how to remove this irregularity?

This will be irregular marriage (Fasid) which can be rectified by converting the non-Muslim

Yes both divorced and death iddat but only if they consummate the marriage and death is same as in valid nikah 4month 10 days but divorce iddat is for 45days or 2 menstrual cycle...
