Mark is a great guy. Took the time to hang out and take a photo with me when I crashed the gym one day while my wife was at IKEA down the road.
@MUTANTTV2 жыл бұрын
That's wicked! Haha, love how the IKEA trip was long enough that you had time to hit up a gym!!

I met this channel a week ago, and I thought it was the best channel in the business. I'm from Brazil, and I've seen these unconventional devices and bars in Brazil. I have a power rack here in my house, and I set up jammer arms in the choke, because here it is very expensive. some American who wants to change and dispose of some device, donates to me that I accept, because and my dream to have a complete gym at home, I am grateful.

What is that bar they were using to squat with? I want one
@JWB6714 жыл бұрын
Bent barbells can be straightened pretty easily. In fact, the companies that make barbells have to straighten them when they make them since the steel never comes dead straight from the steel mill anyway.
@retepsualk46093 жыл бұрын
How?
@JWB6713 жыл бұрын
@@retepsualk4609 same as they straighten propeller shafts on boats. Each end of the bar is placed on some rollers and they use a measuring tool to find the high spot and they bend it down with a hydraulic press. Takes a LOT of skill.

Mark downsized. Not bad at all
@Corekidbeenybunny4 жыл бұрын
Jay Park he really didn’t downsize. He just got shredded and muscular cause he’s been doing more bodybuilding lately than powerlifting
