Cleaning , journaling, decluttering, glass of wine, a good series,light a scented candles, go for a swim if possible, have a chocolate or cake are all sure fire ways of soothing your emotions. Great topic Muthoni. Keep up the good work.

I love this show Muthoni. This is a very timely discussion in a time when people's emotions have gone south. Being emotionally mature is more important than many things we attach value in this life. Even very high potential people have messed their chances because of emotional immaturity. I read a statement somewhere that said, "When emotions go up, intelligence comes down".

I have learnt alot from this video.thanks alot muthoni.This was mi few years ago .I really struggled alot with it.i came to realize it later that I was emotionally immature.i nvr knew how to deal with it.but I thank God a friend came through for mi and helped mi.it led to go through very painful heartbreaks.i used to hate my self alot.
