This mutta curry or egg molly is a mildly spiced coconut-flavored dish usually served with appam, idiyappam, chappati, parota or rice. It is prepared with boiled egg simmered in a coconut milk-based creamy gravy along with other Indian spices. Check out this easy egg curry recipe and please post your feedback.
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled eggs - 6
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
Bay leaf - 2
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Onion - 2
Green chili - 4
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 - 2 strings
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Fennel powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp (as needed)
Tomato - 3
Coconut milk - 2 cups
Cashew paste - 1/2 cup
