Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Palak - 2 bunch
Tomato - 1 (small)
Onion - 1 (small) + 1 (small)
Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp + as needed
Coconut oil - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Water as needed
Garlic - 6 - 7 (if small)
Kashmiri red chilly - 10 - 12 (if small)
Coriander seeds - 1 1/2 tbsp
Fenugreek / Methi - 5 - 6 seeds
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds - 1 pinch
Mustard seeds - 1 pinch
Tamarind - small piece
Hing / Asafoetida - small piece
Coconut - 1 cup
