Mutton Seekh Kabab Recipe
Ingredients
600 grams mutton mince
1 big onion very fine chopped or grated
2 tbsp ginger garlic coarse paste
3 green chillies very fine chopped
handful coriander leaves chopped
1 tbsp heaped ghee or butter or milk cream
2 tbsp heaped roasted besan
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp full coriander powder
3/4 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
coal for smoke

I tried this recipe...it was seriously so tasty. I just add more ghee in my mutton while during making seekh kabab through "iron seekh"....it was all good. I have a question about why the upper layer of seekh kabab was crispy(a little hard)? Should it be soft as well as like inside?

if u frying on low flame outside will be hard heat should be y a little high while frying ....

@@ShaheenSyed I fried on medium to high flame as u said, and fried for almost 15 minutes just to make sure that kabaab fuly cooked from inside. Because when u put it on oil in a fry.pan they instantly got reddish and looks like fully cooked
