He was my inspiration to choose Industrial control and automation career. However, I was incompetent enough to give up my dream in the face of challenges. Rather than persevering. Even though I got an opportunity to appear in the screening test for the internship and I failed it miserably. Sir Hussain Ahmad gave me the opportunity. But I was not prepared or confident enough to take it. Before even appearing in that test, I had certifications for Siemens logic controllers and their automation ecosystem. Now I can only listen to his vision and see it happening but can't do nothing. Moved to the UK and hustling everyday to grow bit by bit.

as a mech engg, this is the first im hearing of Avenceon (i think thats how its spelled) and im truly amazed. I have this huge bitterness towards the academic institutes where such companies are not reached out to and like overall the, apart from being incompetent (myself included), it should be the institutes job to make the student work worthy. Theres a HUGE gap in the academic institutes and industry.
