Pricey and without anything too flashy but this is a safe buy. I have two Kias, one from 2010 and the other from 2017. Both have been super reliable and nothing too expensive breaking.

Apart from the Chinese crossovers the Mahindra XUV 30X will be a game changer in the compact SUV segment,even the entry level models deploys 6 airbags and a torque converter automatic transmission, I think right now it the winner there

Good review Muzi but you left off the fact that the engine they put in their in typical Hyundai/Kia fashion is thirstier than a wanderer in the desert. You also didnt mention that car can barely hold 4 people(most definitely not the five its rated for) and the boot is next to useless for a family, but atleast they gave you a 60/40 split in the rear now.

This might not make sense but I think a laggy system helps with driver focus on the road. Instantaneous system might make the driver focus more on it than the road. So, for me, the brief pause works for me..

That fuel consumption is not impressive for this small car. I recently went from JHB to DBN with my 5.0 V8, I averaged 8.4L/100km. I think fuel saving cars are a hoax from car manufacturers.
