I just discovered that my 2006 Fireblade has an STM clutch and this video will really help when I go to service it. There's no other video on KZbin about this clutch that is so clear.

Question, why did you change the slipper clutch in the first place? I own an f3 track only aswell.

A number of reasons. When I purchased the bike it was being used as a trackbike. Despite knowing the previous owner, I knew nothing about the condition of or the miles on the clutch. As a result, I was going to change the clutch pack as part of normal maintenance after buying a used bike anyway. I also got a great deal on the STM from Bellissimoto and went for it.

@@ESBKLife awesome. Thanks for the insight. I feel I cannot be too hard opening the clutch in hard breaking cause the tyre starts shuttering. Nothing bad but with my other bije I can downshift fast and hard with ease. It might also be a suspension issue cause I put on an online ttx and did my sag and deleted the problem lm I still get a little shutter once in a while
