Baby body privileges. I would have launched. I've done it with other characters in that situation to varying success (including strider). Or magneto snap is a common thing in that situation

Is it possible to kick teleport on reaction to raw Hailstorm (not instant DHC Hailstorm, but just when a typical Storm will throw it out there)? Probably not since she travels backwards... maybe only if she is already in the corner?

not on reaction to raw hail, too much startup. If you do it preemptively, strider is still too high off the ground when he appears and gets clipped by hail
