Totally great list. I have a different one, but 6 out of 11 overlap. I have a couple of habits to add: 1) learn meditation, preferably TM. Learn the basic technique only. It will give you a tool too kinda force peace of mind upon your mind. 2) try to sleep, and if you like working long hours (which I do) try to get a good afternoon nap. Don't be calvinistic about it. It will help you stay focussed in the evening.

Great video. All the habits resonate, particularly no.6 😊 For me, pausing (aka the pause tool) is the key to a more intentional life.

I'm very glad and thankful you helped me learn to do this right.

@markvletter thank you for this personal share, many of the habits resonated with me but the one that stood out had to be about time spent on social media. In the past two months I’ve gained so much time by removing the apps that consumed my time unnecessarily so. Continue to share and inspire 👍 it is certainly appreciated.

I get up early and start the day working out at 730, that gives me energy. If I dont workout in the morning, there is a big chance I wont workout that day.
