Hi Ms Debora, thank you for your appreciation. I dont think that there’s a minimum years of long term relationship. Have you already met your partner and live together for few months? What I am very sure of that for IND a relationship is long term and exclusive if that relationship can be considered a marriage. Plus you need both to complete the DECLARATION OF RELATIONSHIP form In this declaration you declare that you are going to live together in the address mentioned by your partner, you are going to run a joint household and your relationship is exclusive. Here is the link ind.nl/en/Forms/7608.pdf My golden advice for you if you are both really serious in your relationship or in your part you are not ready yet for marriage then register your partnership here atleast because in NL that’s almost can be considered a marriage. I am from Brazil and we met here in Ireland a few months ago and he invites me to live together in Nederlands and since then, I've started to study the book Naar Nederland that he bought me. I guess you just need to show some proofs of your relationship. Keep a record of them. Conversations. Video chats (screen shot) emails, photos together etc. And declare that your relationship is really Exclusive. And plus you still have 2 years to complete your study there so I guess thats long enough as a proof. In meantime, try to learn the A1 course. You might also be interested of the Online Course that I self studied when I was in Dubai and passed my exam. Here is the link. Exam results is only valid for a year. Hi Liez, congratulations on your video. It´s been extremely helpful!! I have a question regarding the Appendix "Proof of medical situation of foreign national" on the IND form. It states a physician registered under the "Individual Healthcare Professions Act (Wet op de Beroepen in de Individuele Gezondheidszorg or BIG) must sign a form declaring my medical situation. However, i am not sure whether this step is done in my country or when i am in The Netherlands or if i could ask for a doctor in my country to fill it up. Hi Julia. I have not encountered such requirement for my application of MVV. Except for TB test and this is being performed only once you arrive in the NL. To be sure I kindly advise you to join the MVV naar nederland FB Page and ask the same question. Goodluck

I think you need both. But 100% u need to provide unmarried certificate issued by Abu Dhabi Court in UAE and probably abu dhabi court will ask your certificate of unmarried from Sri Lanka before they can issue this to you. Pls confirm this with the embassy of the Netherlands UAE

Hello Ifter, the spouse who wants to migrate or live in the Netherlands is supposed to take the exam not unless you are one of the countries I have mentioned that is exempted or not required to take the exam. And if you are required to take this exam then you need to pass this exam for you to apply for MVV Visa.

Hi umesh pandya I am not very sure but I think this is also related in my video that GF can only sponsored if your boyfriend has permanent job with enough salary to support you. But if he is coming here as a student then how will he be able to have permanent job and study at the same time? Your bf can come here easily without a visa bcoz I guess your bf is citizen and Estonia is part of Europe. If you really want to make sure please go to the offical site. Hope this helps. But even for this one, I dont think this will happen because IND extended almost 3x the deadline of passing my Inburgeren Or Integration Exams here.

Hi Liez, thank you for the help in the video. I'm currently dating a Filipina and I'm Dutch. We never lived together, especially because we started the relationship during the Pandemic period, so I could only managed to visit on March this year for 23 days. We had proofs though, like bank statement, photos, tickets. Is it enough to proof, in addition with the right forms, that we are in an exclusief relationship and she gets the residence permit to join me here? And is it possible for her to apply for the permit if she is in the Netherlands with a Schengen Visa? Salamat!

Hi Richard, you are very welcome. 😊 In my case it was not necessary to show alot of evidences because we got married here in the NL while I was on my schengen or tourist visa. For your case, make sure you also save some screen shots of video calling, Sms, emails, tickets etc. With regards to MVV Visa , she can only apply for that once she’s outside the NL. I suggest she better start and focus learning the Language while she’s on tourist visa because that’s one of the primary requirements. She must passed all the exams first then she can apply for MVV /Residence Permit.

Since you are already planning to get married here. Then better do that once shes here on schengen visa. Less hassle for your application showing alot of evidences.
