@XnGaAlphaX With Hardline Pro, every second assist counts as a kill. When you run this perk, you can glitch the game a bit to give you a second MOAB from assists. Not entirely sure how it works. One of the other guys on that team sent me an angry message calling me a hacker.

Nice breakdown. I've always taken a liking to the MK46 though I am not at all an LMG fan. The gun basically seems like a big assault rifle with a shit ton of ammo. Personally for the next in depth I would like to see the ARs broken down. I feel like we, (or most of us) having played MW3 since November have a good general knowledge of what the perks and proficiences do. Though there are some things I'd like answered for them, like the true benefit of the "breath" prof on assault rifles.

I have a level 30 Mk46, and my recomended perk and attachment for it is this. Attachment: Grip Weapon Perk: Kick Perk 1: Scanvanger Pro Perk 2: Quick Draw Pro Perk3: Steady Aim/Stalker Pro I hope this helps. Go ahead and try it out!

I like Steady Aim for the Pro effect, getting that big monster up from sprint faster is pretty helpful. Stalker just messes me up sometimes.

@AsianxSprit1 As he called in the second MOAB, his score was 30-1 and the teams points were higher than the first MOAB. The minimum amount of kills he would have needed is 48, but he never had that much.

Used to be a dedicated l86 user in MW2, and it's exactly the same in MW3, but even I admit the MK46 is better on all fronts save reload time. If your not carrying a stinger,(mk46/stinger is my main setup with blind eye) the Five-Seven Handgun with extd.mags makes an excellent addition to any LMG because of its instant pull out.

Excellent video. I went from 1.76 KDR to 2.5 KDR with this gun (inividual gun stats, my overall KDR is still sad). Stalker Pro with Grip and RDS is the best way to go, and burst firing gives you a HUGE advantage at range.

I use the MK46 with either slight of hand extended mags and thermal for patrolling. its awesome you get use to the thermal. its efficient you'll mow people down.

@PaZ1369 Lastly, just because something is harder, doesn't mean it's better. Think about it. School would be insurmountable to a majority of people and jobs would be impossible to get. Skills that are easily acquired are more well received because they are more practical and can be learned more quickly than something that is harder. So the fact that camping is easy to learn is actually a compliment because it shows another reason why it is the superior choice.

@ZephyrX02 Because with a glitch, if you use hardline pro and get a couple assists-count-as-kills, then they'll count for your first moab. So if you get like a 22 kill streak and 4 assists you'll get it, and then if you get 2 more kills for the regular 24 kill moab, you get it again. Not really sure why they didn't fix that yet

@cod0player No. Hipfire is always more effective than aiming at CQC. Why aim and possibly miss while you can just blast him at CQC faster and more effectively.

I had 1 MOAB with this using the same attachments and place on Hardhat. Tried to play like Drift0r with some changes (helping the point B and C and sometimes rushing on A). Got a Moab and we won that game by a great marge.

@bernier22soccer Yes it is. It is a glitch, when you get the last kill with an assist counts as kill the game doesnt count it as a kill for some reason, but you'll get the moab. When you get another kill after the assist kill you'll get another moab! Like!

@XnGaAlphaX It's simple. Right before you get the MOAB, get the last kill with 2 assists. Then, kill one more person. This will get you two MOABs.

@ZephyrX02 double MOAB is very easy if you can get one. After you got your first one (if you use hardline perk or the specialist pack) just make sure you kill 6 more guys without dying, and there you go, your second MOAB. Good luck.

Props on getting a Moab with this thing @Drift0r, I mastered this piece of shit today and I have never been so glad that other LMGs exist. Admittedly I really am not using the gun as a kill machine and am using it as a gun that compliments my stinger ordinance. Hey, I liked MW2's idea.=P But I've got to say that until I run this thing with AR perks, I'm going to say: MG36 ftw.=D

@XnGaAlphaX It happens because with Hardline Pro on, you first get the MOAB with Kills and Assists, then (if you get there) you can get 24 kills without the Assists. So say I had Hardline Pro on and got 22 kills and 4 assists. I would have a MOAB. Then once I get 2 more kills I get another MOAB for having 24 strait kills. Hope this helps!

Actually it's was named Mother Of All Bombs in MW3 but people come up with other names for it. It is literally a Massive Ordinance Air Blast but the correct name in MW3 is Mother Of All Bombs.

I got a lvl 31 MK46 attachments are either red dot sight and silencer, or with thermal and stability perks are :scavenger pro, hardline pro, and steady aim pro oh and you might as well just use kick and someother attachment because grip and kick combined are just the same as kick

The MK48 in BO2 is absolute beast, try it out with FMJ & target finder. You mat also add adjustable stock to move faster while aiming, grip is not really necessary. Just sharing :)

speaking of its strengths, having a fast ttk means that kick and rapid fire (takes a little getting used to) will kill almost too quickly..

@lordsauron772 Stalker is a great perk. I never used to use it, but recently I slapped it on a few of my CQC SMG classes instead of Steady Aim, and I'm getting much, much better results. Primarily, I think that's because most of the people in the game can't aim worth a shit anyway, which makes Stalker even better.

Since the patch this is a three shot kill at any range and my joint favourite lmg with the l86 which is also 3 shots to kill at any range

Well, the class I mentioned is supposed to be a stationary class. To hold off one thing for a small period of time, it is not a run and gun class. The Steady Aim pro reduces the spread of the bullets fired from the hip, and a little bit when aiming down the sights. Grip & Kick, believe it or not, reduce the recoil while aiming down the sights, make this weapon deadly. Scavenger Pro is because I always get so many kills, I need to pick up ammo. :P

@Drift0r lmgs are best with marksman. or if you have a thermal sight (far more superior to red dot with its recoil reduction) and grip. never use red dot, rapid fire, or kick on an lmg. just a no no. surprisingly enough, a silencer works great with the mk.

I am seeing them green. Also I am a PC gamer so I have a monitor. But the color is so close to yellow it's hard to seperate the two colors. Even though they are more yellow than green I rather call them green perks, because it maybe has something to do with the light spectrum. Green fits better.

@PaZ1369 Actually, my arguments are quite well structured and somewhat coherent and non-offensive, but whatever. All you seem to say is that camping ruins the game, which it doesn't as it's a perfectly legit style of play and while not exactly outstanding it does net a higher average KD for the most part, better overall performance and more killstreak rewards, among other things. Where as running around places luck at the forefront of you strategy and can lead to much weaker play.

@PaZ1369 For the most part cover in the game is all waste high or higher than your head, so you can't head glitch, which is stupid, and any cover you can head glitch off of has stuff on top of it like rebar or other stuff so it's impossible to see. On top of that it's generally really small cover and easily shot at from different angles and widely accessible from everywhere. You can no longer replenish claymores, which hurt a ton. These are some of the measures.
