I’m 27, had the tools to guide me through an excellent education in a foreign country better than the one I was born in. But I find myself climbing out of a pit of depression, anxiety, despair, and perhaps one of the root causes, that of financial problems. I’m broke, been on the streets twice in the past few years. My health plunged from a happy backpacker, keen to learn and study and make friends, full of life and dreams and hobbies into a ghost of what I used to be. KZbin has been an escape from reality for me. Your videos, and your fearlessness remind me of how I used to be, and the things I dared not do. I just nearly died - doctors don’t know why, but for 15 days I was in hospital, found unconscious, I was in a coma. You are inspiring to me, Bryan. You’re the kind of person that makes me want to get out of bed and be healthier. Before I was a terminal patient a week ago in hospital, and now that I am out. It’s like there’s a world of discoveries out there and you are pioneering all this. I see hope and virtue and straight up badass behaviour from you. Please do keep sharing. I am now catching up with what I missed while I was in a coma. And with doctor’s approval, will incorporate what is possible for me from blueprint, in my life. You truly are special. Thank you. I'm from Croatia and we have some of the very best and most awarded olive oils in the world. Those olive oils have been winning gold medals all over the world for many years now. In particular, there is a region in Croatia called Dalmatia as well as the peninsula Istria where olives have been cultivated for over 2,000 years. The main reason why Croatian olives and subsequently extra virgin olive oils are so exquisite is the Mediterranean climate and the unique and rare soil where those olive trees are planted. Being born in Nice, France, I always watch attentively those 'experiments' to elaborate the best possible diet, and a few million dollars and pills later, it inexorably simplifies to 'olive oil'. I’d rather get my minerals/fats from hemp seeds, and only use olive oil, if I’m skinny and could use the extra calories, which is very low amount of population. I think he has the view that he’s consuming less heavy metals, and contaminants by eating foods from a laboratory but he’s putting the trust of his health in the hands of corporations and that is always a recipe for disaster. Having been on a hardcore nutrition journey for the last 7 years, when I saw the price of your olive oil and the fact that you would take four interest-free payments I was overcome with emotion. I truly see how you are making this accessible as much as possible to people. Investing well over $1,000 a month in nutrition and also having some fundamental understanding of business and I am beyond grateful for the value you are bringing to the world! Thank you Zero!

I have an interview with Jesus on my channel that I posted right before Christmas and he drinks a tablespoon every couple of hours or so. Jesus was the first person I ever met that was as into it as much as Bryan. Jesus seems to be doing great for his age too! I didn't even think to ask him how long he has been drinking oil like this. It was along trip and I had no idea I was going to be interviewing Jesus.

Try the dry Mulberry 1 pack 500g. I double boil 1 sauce bowl dry Mulberries, 1 sauce bowl red dates (deseeded), 2 pcs dou chung (dry chinese wood bark), cut into small pcs according to its lines, full ceramic pot of water (1st boil), 2nd boil full pot too & mix the 1st (1.5 hours boil) and 2nd boil (1.5 hours boil). Dink 1 cup. Daily drink, balance in fridge till finish.

Well, if the secret sauce is in the polyphenols, then nothing will beat green olives themselves when it comes to polyphenol amounts, even the most carefully picked EVOO. If it's more about the oils, then maybe.
@asencyel8 ай бұрын
it's all about the logistics, overall cost and eating habits/culture. if you can harvest right time and preserve accordingly nothing beats including green/unmatured olives into the diet with all other fiber, calorie control benefits. importing olives as a whole to a market having no proper (late) breakfast and/or brunch/lunch culture with all water and fiber content left in it is just not profitable as rebranding the active nutrients as elixir of life in a bottle. Even making use of the perception of wine in a bottle having christian mythological subtext in it reinforced with resveratrol hype turned out be subpar in efficacy compared to other alternatives
@LVArturs8 ай бұрын
@@asencyel what kind of market has no green olives? I'm from Northern Europe, and you can buy jar/can/plastic packet green olives year round here... And what do you mean by "active nutrients as elixir"? There's research papers on this, oil has about 2 to 4 times less polyphenols per unit of weight than cured green olives, so it's a very lossy 'elixir'.
@asencyel8 ай бұрын
that was precisely my point. just as the over hyped red wine, cold pressed oil becomes yet another marketing gimmick since it is inferior to green olive seeds themselves. i guess consumption of oil is convenient compared to actual seeds having a sour and distinct taste. many regions outside the main continent have eating habits with very limited place in their cusine for olive seeds. @@LVArturs
@asencyel8 ай бұрын
btw i was referring to edible green seeds being unmatured compared to dark salt/brine dried olive seeds that need a much longer period to loose their water content, oxidize and go through a chemical transformation @@LVArturs

Is there a way to get it in Europe without paying 60€ in shipping?
@LVArturs8 ай бұрын
Do you need it in Europe? Technically EU has standards about EVOO, you can't sell mixes of oils and market them as EVOO in EU. Only you wouldn't know the precise polyphenol measurement, but it's much cheaper, usually starting at 10 EUR per liter.
@dinok76308 ай бұрын
My brother in christ its olive oil. There are hundreads of local producers that have higher quality oil, they just dont sell in grocery stores. Well, if you live north, then tough luck hahahha. All EU mediteranean countries have quality oil, its just that you wont find most in grocery stores or online shops as you cant have quality and exurbant quantity.

@rickn93928 ай бұрын
"that's the *cheapest* thing that I can buy *recommended* from you": Green tea, broccoli, cauliflower, ground flaxseed, walnuts, apple cider vinegar, non-dutch cocoa powder are all recommended should be cheaper in most parts of the world, than EVOO.
