I was curious about his pillow at bedtime. He uses the same small flat pillow I use. Since my son moved in with me recently I discovered that I go to my bed earlier. I need my alone time and time to wind down and be solitary.. I I sleep well and feel refreshed when I wake up. Previously when I was living alone I was going to sleep later and I usually sleep well. I think it's important to adjust your sleeping arrangements if your lifestyle changes. I was happy to discover my dental routine is similar as well.. I also look about 20 years younger than my age. @@ivanj.conway9919 a lot of his blueprint is based on lowering the chance that you die from random things like heart attacks and stroke, whether its the blood tests or the good sleep, just being aware of what's going on in your body and trying to be healthy increases life span. So while you don't need to do everything he's doing, most of the money is probably spent on skin stuff which idk if it actually helps lifespan, just doing some is a good step.

Bryan, THANK YOU so much for what you're doing. I am 46 and over the last 4-5 years I've started to do a lot of the things that you do, but to have someone like you who's using data and trial and error, and frankly, has the money to be able to do this, is such a huge help for humanity. I have a Whoop on the way and an iom2 HRV device. I also use a few other devices for meditation like the NeoRythym which works in a very similar way to the theta waves (brainwave entrainment) and it really helps me to get into the perfect meditative state rather easily and quickly. I use Mendi, Muse 2, and I am going to start taking the same supplements, vitamins, and minerals. I already use injectable NAD+, Metformin, and I'm currently using B12/MIC shots to lose some weight that I want to get rid of. I am just starting to really take this seriously as I have more time and money to focus on my health, and I just wanted to thank you for providing this blueprint for those of us who want to reverse aging and feel healthy and happy for as long as possible (hopefully for as long as we want).

Today I was thinking that neglecting my sleep very much resembles other bad habits that I used to have and were compromising a lot of my time and energy. Very happy to see that Bryan noticed the same thing in regards to the way he thinks and does thinks. I've quit everything (and happily so, don't miss any of the garbagey lifestyle choices and mental habits), sleep seems to be the last one to cut off. I'm too worried about what I will miss by being loyal to a sleep schedule (especially since I am a performer), but I am now inspired to start it as a one month test! Thank you, Bryan!

I started my journey of optimizing my health a year ago. It is really neat to see that I am quite similar in approach, execution, and organization of routine/ protocols, without having you as a prior reference. I took it upon myself to listen to the experts, extrapolate important data, and mold it to my personal requirements/ needs. Obviously, it's a never ending quest, but I'm comforted knowing that I am in the ballpark I need to be in. Thank you for sharing this with us, and providing inspiration (for me, at least), to keep at it! Here's to min-maxing sleep so that our days are easy to conquer, haha.

Did you see the last part of the video - that is what he says exactly . But yeah - most who try to look younger or be younger or live longer … they do cause they want the experiences one gets in life and yet they don’t actually pursue those experiences actively… they just wait , meaning the fundamental issue is not resolved . I have also been guilty of that
