Fatima Al Ali the thing is, if it’s your everyday weather then you’re equipped for it. I’m actually living in Germany and August was a lot between 30C and 35C and very humid so felt even hotter 😰 it felt SO HOT also because the buildings are designed to keep heat inside and no AC. I’ve been in 40 degrees in Turkey a couple of times but it was ok because it was dry heat and the buildings are cool. :)

The more you pump or feed and “empty” your milk the more your body tells you to produce milk. To help the painful boob you can try hand expressing a little milk out until you are relieved. Then try to feed her on the breast that produces less milk more often making sure to “empty” so to tell it to produce more milk.

Yes, if your baby sleeps well during the day, she will sleep better at night. If you try to keep her awake during the day, what will happen is that at night she will be extremely tired and a extremely tired baby does not sleep, cries a lot because is too tired but it will take much longer to sleep, you are doing very well mama
