you think if i just jog like a mile it will have the same effect?
@rafefeatherstone42792 жыл бұрын
@@jacobmcknight7902 for the muscle building and fat burning it will but maybe not as much for the explosiveness as short sprints would help to be more explosive. sorry if this answer was a bit too late

to be honest, i really don't care about having a physique like them. what i want is to be strong like them, doing those calisthenics skills, damn!
@AbnormalBeings3 жыл бұрын
Yes! So your training goals / diet should reflect that goal. Working in the 1-5 rep range to build strength and picking exercises that are hard enough so example weighted pull ups/dips will help build strength so you can perform those calisthenic skills 👊🏽

You're spot on, Tayo. Did most of your early years of Cali training focus on strength and compound exercises. My routine is primarily based on that but if so, did you do any isolation work besides that for aesthetics and how did you balance the two? I usually do isolation work at the end of my routine.

What’s a good length of time to try a new strategy before changing if you don’t see it’s working?

I would give it a couple months. If you still haven’t seen any change in your physique then you know you need to alter your training strategy/nutrition plan 👊🏽💪🏽

what if i have some issues with my spine (im a teen, it s not a hernia, nor scoliosis), i have a small and constant pain that annoys me everyday. when i excersise i feel no pain, i even go to physical therapy, but my doctor said that i have to stop training and doing specific exercises for muscle mass, even push ups, and this dropped my morale.

just eat less calories than your body burns in a day and go for a run every day.
