Her body and head are ridiculously disproportionate because the surgeries are unnatural. Also, as I said in the last video of Truly’s, this is once again a prime example of someone who experienced trauma at a young age (bullied for how they look etc.) and because that issue has gone unresolved psychologically, they now treat it with endless surgeries and they trick themselves into thinking that it’s helping when actually, it’s just worsening their condition. As such, there will never be an end to these surgeries because she and others on Truly’s videos aren’t treating the root cause. The surgeries will get more and more outlandish and will never stop. Shame on Truly for enabling these people instead of recommending they get proper treatment and help.

This is more sad than anything. She's doing this purely for validation because she has deep insecurities. She has surrounded herself with fake/ enabling "friends". Her "friend" Paris really said "she definitely needed that nose job, oh God" sounded so judgemental and disgusting. She sounds like a bully and not someone she should be around. Paris is feeding into her insecurities and validating that before the nose job, she was ugly. She thinks Paris is keeping it real with her when it's opposite. I hope this girl goes within and heals herself one day and knows that she was beautiful before the plastic surgery and that she doesn't need people in her ear or outside validation to feel good about herself. Edit: I want to add that she screams insecure so much that she has put a target on her back attracting negative people her way. The cycle will continue so long as she have no self love and keeps those same people around.
