FWD isnt sexy in most autos but Honda did a good job with making this Car so dam fun... I love the P2R exhaust. Less money stainless steel. 3 inch and blue tri tips.. Yes he wants to build a car, but once he liked it how he has it and didn't want to move forward with it so he decided to sell it. Same reason That sold his GTR. When your income is based off of making content on these cars, a car that is just not being built isn't going to generate much income to pay for it, especially an expensive one like this.

Eric Taylor agreed. I was thinking of getting one. But you can only get like a exhaust which is like 4k -_- and a few suspension parts. I'll wait 8 years when I can get one for half the price (just what I think it's worth) with higher mileage - I would think around 40k just because this special car will be kept well by most of its owners. Plus by that time there will be a larger aftermarket inventory for it. A say sell it to TJ. Lmao

Wow. Lol. There are different brands of downpipes to buy, different brands of front pipes, and several different exhaust companies as well. No exhaust cost 4K. Lol. Stop lying. You can also buy some intakes, amd you can get a few different engine management to get your car tuned. There are also different brand intercoolers as well for the Type R. Lmao. Hell, a tune alone on 93 octane can net you around 350whp 370 ish tq on a dynojet if your tuner knows what he is doing. Also, this thing is NO WAY similar to an Si. Completely different monster.

I'm not here to fight. Lol. You can Google "civic type R exhausts" full exhausts range from 1k to 5k. Sooo take that as you will. Clearly someone is triggered. Evidently if I was a type r owner I would want to buy more than a couple pieces of piping. I would rather wait until there are beefed up bracing available for it, easier air suspension intergration, hell even a supercharger kit. Bottom line is that there isn't a ton of really fun stuff you can do to a already fun car. I said it before, it's a great car. But not worth 45k out the door. It's everyone's outlook on the car is different. That's all. If you got one. More power to you. If not I'd steer clear for a couple years and see how the resale value is.

Only mod i saw for 5K, was a Motec ECU. I use Hondata, and it is custom tuned making 344whp 371tq. I own 3 vehicles, btw
