Heart Breathings I’ve added a newbie to my little stack of planners, the Inkwell Press Goal inserts. Very thorough and succinct in detailing with great prompts (specific questions) regarding mind mapping, and getting focused on what changed from 2019, and what needs to change, if anything for 2020. So excited

Ive always loved stationary and planning but I could never use that many planners, I’ve tried it and t’s too stressful, I use one planner for everything and I have one for on the go only and one for at home only, that’s it and it works just fine for me, I don’t know how you multiple planner girls do it but to each their own
@MsCynflo
@MsCynflo 4 жыл бұрын
I'm a multiple planner because I do a lot of different things. My daily planner is the only one I carry with me on a daily basis It's an overall planner. I produce vendor events and I am a direct sales consultant. I use a separate planner whenever I have an event scheduled. I dont carry it with me unless I do. I also have a social media planner and home binder that stays home. :) Using multiple planners allows me to be more specific and detailed when needed. :)

I have been planning for years, but just found the planning community a year ago. I thought I was strange until I found my people!! Thank you for sharing all your tools. Your A5 main planner is beautiful, and I love seeing your creative spreads. I chose to simplify this year. For 2020, I am using a big happy planner for pretty much our entire lives for my family of 9. I use the Budget Mom's budget by paycheck workbook. I also use just a standard binder for my meal planner, with hole punched printer paper inside. I use this one on a rotating basis to track what we ate for the year, what we liked, what we hated, etc. Makes meal planning simple when life gets chaotic. I also just got a Rocketbook Everlast, which I absolutely love!!! I back up all those pages to my Evernote app. And my goal for 2020 is to journal! I have been gifted some beautiful journals and want to fill them.

This was so much fun to see! I love that you keep everything separate. I have to do that to keep my mind clear. I have a rainbow bullet journal collection that covers each aspect of my life/work: Marketing (red), Design (orange), Audio/Visual (yellow), Writing (green), Revisions/edits (blue), Life/Health (purple). My regular bullet journals are black. I use it, a micro happy notes, a mini happy notes, and a skinny (half sheet) happy notes to keep track of my quarterly and weekly planning. I also have custom printables that I use to keep my meal tracking, health tracking, and self-care in check. Plotting for my novels will depend on the project. Sometimes I want a good composition notebook, other times I want an index card flipbook. I have no idea what I'll want to use until I'm working on it.

I keep a gaming Planner/notebook by my gaming pc as well where I log when, how much, and any tidbits about the gaming session going on. And that's a great idea for a meal planner. I just track our meal planning on a dry erase calendar put up near our kitchen. I might look into an actual planner for that, too. I'd love to see your plotting notebook when you get it cleaned out and updated. I've started this year using an actual planner for my budget. I was just using a regular spiral notebook. I like using a monthly planner spread much better. I do wish it had a spot for notes. I've really come to love my Carpe Diem 6 ring A5 binder. I like to use monthly, weekly, daily, and hourly spreads. I use the monthly as a "at-a-glance" for any appointments, packages, etc coming up. I use the weekly as a memory keeper, the daily I use to plan my day and the hourly I use for my writing schedule. And I love having it all in one binder. Though, I do intend to buy the undated HB90 by Jan 2020. Then I keep a school calendar for my daughters school, to track any field trips, lunch menu, lunch funds, days off, testing days, etc.

Would love to see more about using your iPad and GoodNotes. I am using the same for client notes and planning notes on the go. I currently use a disc planner with monthly and weekly spreads. I am finding that a perpetual brain dump on paper to collect tasks and ideas is working well for planning my weeks and days. I am redesigning my paper planner to one side weekly spread for top 3 project and task planning and the opposite side to keep weekly brain dump top of mind. Monthly will likely stay for high level blog and video planning.

I have always admired how ambitious you are, and even more so now with a 3-month-old in tow! I have trouble keeping up with ONE planner, much less your amazing stack. Of course, I also have two kiddos 2 and under, and am almost out of the first trimester with my 3rd, so exhaustion MIGHT have a role to play in that (haha). I'm using a dashboard layout Happy Planner as my main planner with a wellness extension pack to try and keep myself accountable for my pregnancy exercises and water intake (we'll see how that goes). One way I plan to use those calendar pages at the beginning of my Happy Planner is to track my daily word counts. Even if I can't do anything but journal, my soul NEEDS to write, so I want to encourage myself by looking back and seeing how much I really did accomplish through the year.

I too love having “separate” planners for everything but I also love having everything in one place! A total paradox! But my current solution is to use digital planners for everything! I create my own custom PDF planners for everything and I keep them all in GoodNotes on my iPad-paradox solved! Loved the video!

Fabulous line up!!!!!! I currently have 10 in my line up. Likely going to 12 with starting my author journey through this session of HB90. Could go up even more after I saw a few of yours that are sparking joy at that thought of adding them to my lineup.

I tracked my daughter's bfeeding habits, but also when she started eating solids I found it helpful to track what she liked and didnt like.

Oh, that's a really good point! I might add a journal to the On the go folio to keep track of that when she starts solids.

Gaming planner~ wow! That's the first time I've seen anything like that! I've been keeping track of games i've completed/games I need to finish in the back of my hobonichi weeks but I might start something like that. Great idea! Btw - if you're not turned off by older MMOs, Guild Wars 2 is f2p and the community is still really active, so that one might be worth a shot :) Great video! Happy 2020

Oooh, I've been waiting for this! I'm using the Hobonichi Cousin for my main planner and using it with the HB90 Method. I'm using an EC lifeplanner for my family events and meal planning, an EC deluxe monthly for health and wellness, the Amy Tangerine Be Happy Box planner for memory keeping, plus assorted ec petite planners and coiled notebooks, and a Fabriano notebook for a bullet journal. I've been using an Archer and Olive for journaling but it gets really dirty with lint and pet hair. I see yours does the same, so I don't feel so bad. I thought it was just my poor housekeeping, lol!

Love the teal composition planner from webster pages, but it was sold out on their website...Boo! Then, I recently found the webster pages composition planner cover at a local Tuesday Morning for $15..Yay! Felt like I found a treasure. Love your videos and this one was inspiring as I go into 2020 planning mode. Have a great week!

Thanks for the video! Where do you keep all these planners? Is there a section in your office or home that houses all of them? How are you storing the previous years information? Can you do a video on that?

Plan to use my Hobonichi (A5, A6, and Weeks) as well as the 5 year Techo (which I bought in 2017) and continue to use an unused Hobonichi Techo A6 as my writing sprint/word tracker book.

I’m going to finish with my 2 happy planners: main and fitness. (changing fitness to memory better fit) I’m going to continue with my main so I can plan weeks if need be. And I got a new half classic for small things. (Appointments, birthdays, important events so I can quickly find them) Then I have my white journal (Walmart, for everyday journaling) I just order an Archer an Oliver blackout journal (wellness and just keeping myself in check mentally, physically and emotionally) then lastly a Hobonichi 5 year to go along with my memory planner. Just a few lines a day for over 5 years. To see where I was and where I’m going:) I also have a travel notebook which is a dump and it has some journaling and lists. I take it with me everywhere. I’ll write stuff down to put else where.

Wow! That's a LOT of planners. I love love love stationary, but I think I would feel overwhelmed with all of those. So far this year I was just using a little A6 DIYFish planner and a spiraldex in my Traveller's Notebook folio, but during this lockdown I've been looking into Bullet Journalling again. I tried Bujo a few years ago but got overwhelmed from making it too complicated, so this time I've been looking at minimalist Bujo's and Kanban boards...which I how I ended up on your channel!! I think I'm going to combine the 2 systems but keep it really really simple. I procrastinate an awful lot and I don't want this new system to become ANOTHER reason to procrastinate. I've got some dot grid A5 notebooks and I'm planning on having seperate bujo's for my Life/Crafting/Business/Social Media stuff. I had planned on starting my own sewing business before the lockdown happened, but procrastination + lockdown = unemployment. However, now I've seen Kanban stuff I have a bunch of good ideas to actually make my business more successful. Finger's crossed that I still have motivation and energy once the lockdown is lifted here in the UK. Thanks for all the inspiration here on this channel!

WOW you are using a lot of planners! I use a composition notebook for all my stuff - monthly, weekly, daily planner as well as spiritual wellness and journaling. I was curious about the EMDR program you mentioned - is it an online program? Has it helped you? What's it like? I really need help getting over some major childhood issues and conventional therapy didn't help. Thanks for the help Sarra!
