This is not about the craziness of markets just advice. You did good in buying an (even simple) VC. The tradition and craftsmanship of vacheron is key! You did not good of course in buying a cheap Omega and any Rolex in 2022 right now. You also do not buy AP or Patek right now only new money folks (crypto), not even underworld do this. :-) Nobody really in horologie (who is not an investor) is with you buying the ugly rolex watch.

I don’t pay over retail for my watches 😉 but I also don’t buy watches because is a good investment, I love watches and I’m going now for a new road… news about to come 😉
