Dude they feel like a piece of art in you hands haha. The metal and anodizing are so cispy. Ya Im thinking I want to try a 10.5t soon! I've been putting a beating on this motor and Im curious how different a 10.5 would feel. Thanks for the support as always! We'll see how I do at the comp tonight haha

Nice man! I seen when you posted the body on the super g fb page. I really wanna do the scale reflex deck on mine but I run a 260mm wheelbase on my shark because of the body. I’m sure I could still make it work it just worries me spending the money and it not looking right 😂

Haha I feel you! I always start of wanting to keep the bodies looking proper but I always end up chopping them up haha. Eventually mine turn into missiles but I hear you with the wheel base being a concern. If you want a little flex out of you shark you could pull a could screws from the wings. I know I had mine set up with out some haha

@@SeanLewisMedia I have the stock shark set up perfectly for the body just won’t have all the adjustment that the stock has with the scale reflex deck. If those wheels don’t sit perfectly in the wheel wells it bugs me lol. I sure I could adjust the rear arms on the pins with spacers but I still worry it won’t be perfect 😂

Hey Sean on those overdose springs what number of coils does yours have I noticed there is different number of coils

So the numbers are 1.2-2060 on the coils, and I believe a 5 coil.

Thank you for responding I just saw a red color overdose shocks like yours but the number is different on the coil and the packaging just was wondering could I use the red instead of the purple my car is black and red themed

@@80377. you forsure could use them, it just depends on how your tuning your car. Currently I’ve been testing some different springs to see the differences so it never hurts having different spring rates available👍🏼

I will continue to enjoy your videos and live vicariously through you for the moment! I am lucky enough to have a bunch of projects to work through but unlucky enough about having little spare time with all of work and life happening. I think Ii'll possibly look for a deal around black Friday to perhaps help me jump into the drift side. How did you get in yourself? Did you scope the scene or just dove in 100%? This would make a great video to share your experiences in each different RC style for people who are thinking about jumping in. I know you have Mini Z, Euro Truck, Drift and Crawler so far. Thats legitimately a great idea! Thanks for the question. Im going to start working on that this week that way I can give you a good answer! I usually do a ton of research and learn as much as I can before diving in typically. That way I dont get bummed out later if I dont enjoy it as much as I had hoped lol.

Does replacing the plastic parts with aluminum really make a difference in performance?

I personally think it did, at least with the parts I added. The original parts that I took off were almost a year old so a lot of it was really worn out and I think I bent something in it as well. The slop is for sure less now and my car has felt a bit more consistent. It probably isn’t a major issues if your just having fun and driving without competing. I think competing is the main reason pushing me towards some of these upgrades. I hope that helps! I know this stuff is expensive but you definitely don’t need it to compete. I’m considering getting a lower end base car in the future to see how they compare. Have a good weekend man!
