Pretty much a season of who can beat the Crusaders while they've got a mounting casualty ward. Also looking forward to seeing which AU teams will try to beat the kiwi sides for once just to end their jinx and also step up now that they've got a new Rugby Director. It's an open season alright, especially when my head is thinking Blues (and not because you're a fan 😂) but heart says Chiefs in terms of who will finally end the red and black dynasty. Drua to keep pushing the envelope and Moana to catch up since they're in no position or interest to merge with the Rebels who face liquidation after this season and sorely need a benefactor like the Force as their only solution to sort out the money woes. And the cross-border rugby is giving future vibes for a potential comp between L1 and SR to mirror the Champions Cup up north although anything can happen with JRFU already signed MOUs with RA and NZRU.

Think Waratahs & Reds are too low with Western Force too high other then that i could see it happening tbf

To be fair, one of them will make the playoffs even the rebels have a chance as they have a good side but yeah its a tough call and just felt the Western Force could be strong this year.

Highlanders beat the crusaders last preseason too, lol. Preseason means nothing, just a time for coaches to experiment and get players fit.
