What an amazing transition! Women are so afraid to to take the weave out or cut their hair and wear it so short. Our hair is beautiful natural! And what I love is that your hair isn't mixed race curly. Its really pretty, healthy and long. You have a great, supportive husband. What a journey. Such an inspiration!

This is definitely motivating. I didn't transition just shaved it all off after developing severe stress induced alopecia.. it took a while but it's getting longer, softer, and bouncier! I haven't touched a flat iron in 8 months and have no plans to until my 2 year natural anniversary just to see how much it's grown! Your hair is gorgeous and congratulations on your happy marriage!
